With a deep sense of compassion for those navigating the emotional storms of divorce and child custody disputes, Shmyla understands that these processes can often feel overwhelming and tumultuous. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, and she is also skilled at finding collaborative solutions that serve both her clients’ and their families’ needs.

Like a skilled guide steering through a stormy sea, Shmyla employs her compassion and expertise to help clients find clarity and calm amidst the chaos. With a focus on empathy and understanding, Shmyla works diligently to ensure that her clients feel heard and respected. She believes that every family deserves support and guidance. Her extensive experience in family violence cases and compassion for animals has guided her to establish a non-profit dedicated to providing support to survivors of domestic violence and their four-legged loved ones.

Outside of her legal practice, she finds joy in baking and the company of her two dogs, who remind her of the importance of loyalty and unconditional support.
