A long list of adjectives and interjections – Excellent! Wow! Outstanding! Dazzling! Marvelous! Wonderful! (Just to name a few.) – popped to mind with the announcement that six of our partners have again been selected among the top attorneys in the state by Texas Super Lawyers.

Let’s start with Dawn Estes. She continues to check all the boxes. For a fifth year in a row, Super Lawyers named her among the Top 50 Women in Texas, the Top 100 in Dallas/Fort Worth, and perhaps most impressively, as one of the Top 100 attorneys in the state, regardless of practice area.

Adding to our excitement, Carol Payne was also selected among the Top 50 female attorneys and Top 100 Dallas/Fort Worth attorneys.

While that great news would be enough for some firms, we know the real honor is in the day-to-day work we do for clients, and this is where our partners truly excel.

Dawn, Carol, and Linda Moore were each named among the state’s best business litigators; Dawn for a 19th time, with Carol earning her eighth selection and Linda’s work honored for a sixth time. Jessica Thorne and Abby Ewing were each selected among the top family law attorneys in the state, Jessica for a 17th consecutive year and Abby for a seventh time. The outstanding employment practice of Lori Carr was recognized for an 11th time.
