The only thing better than piling up praise and plaudits one by one is adding them two by two – which brings us to the 2025 Texas Super Lawyers legal guide and another banner performance by our versatile lineup of outstanding lawyers.
Eight firm attorneys, up from six a year ago, are included in the latest Thomson Reuters guide, which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Two of our elite eight, Dawn Estes and Abby Ewing, came away with three citations each. In addition to being recognized among the state’s best for business litigation and family law, respectively, Dawn (a 23-time Super Lawyer) and Abby (an 11-time honoree) were ranked for the second year in a row among the state’s Top 50 women lawyers and among the Top 100 attorneys in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Back on the list for 2025 are Jessica Thorne, Carol Payne, Lori Carr and Linda Moore. Jessica is now a 17-time Super Lawyer for family law, Carol earned her 12th Super Lawyers badge for alternative dispute resolution, Linda is a 10-time honoree for business litigation, and Lori’s defense employment litigation work earned her 15th citation.
That brings us to the two additions to this year’s Texas Super Lawyers list – Jennifer Henry for business litigation and Stephanie Matherne for family law. Both have been honored in previous years by Lawdragon and The Best Lawyers in America, and now they’re triple crown holders on the awards front.
That’s our great eight, honored across five practice specialties by our peers across D-FW and the rest of the state.
We believe we can do it all, and do it well, and we are pleased that our colleagues agree.
Once again, congratulations to our Super Lawyers!
